GenderBridge Co-ordinator
It's been an exciting time for Genderbridge, with the appointment of Cameron Michael as Genderbridge Co-ordinator. Cam will play a significant role in developing the organisation. It's a great way to celebrate the first decade of Genderbridge.
Cam brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked predominantly in the community sector as a trained youth worker as well as with adults within several disability and mental health services.
He spent a number of years on the Rainbow Youth board and the Genderbridge Board, and has volunteered as a phone counsellor for Youthline; and when he wasn't in a board meeting or being a phone counsellor, Cam was involved in facilitating workshops in schools for Rainbow Youth and setting up and facilitating Rainbow Youth's social support group for transgender youth: Gender Quest - which has been running successfully for the past 8 years.

Cam is in the office 10 hours a week:
Mondays 2pm - 7pm
Tuesdays 1pm- 6pm
